The Single Mount
Brief
It's rare to see a picture frame without a mount. Be it a photo or a piece of art, a mount just gives your work that breathing space to truly stand out. The mount opening size is totally up to you, although we may suggest an opening which is in ratio to the size of the image and overall frame size. Using acid free materials, a mount also serves as protection to your work so that your work doesn't rest on the glass. Choose from a wide range of colours and tones from our in house stock collection.
Customer Trends
The single mount still remains the go to for many customers. Colour plays a vital role in this and with a variety of colours available we'll be very happy to help and advise. One of the most popular colours is called Antique White. This soft shade of white doesn't fall into the cream category or stark white, but sits nicely in the middle.
